Dog Friendly Apartments in Saigon/HCM

I've made a quick list of all the dog friendly apartments I know of. I have also added apartments which claim to be dog friendly, but are definitely not and should be avoided!

Masteri Thao Dien, District 2

This is where I live (Lou the dog)! I have been living here for 2 years and as long as your follow their rules, you will not be harassed by the security guards.

Features it has which are good for dogs:

Large pavements, designated dog area (behind tennis courts), dog friendly cafe Brick Coffee (only outside), many other doggos to make friends with.

What are the rules?:

1. ALWAYS keep your dogs on the leash, inside the apartment buildings and outside (sidewalks) 2. Muzzle on is required for pets, AT ALL TIMES, in common areas such as hallways, elevators, or anywhere people and children are, for dogs of any size. 3. Don't let your pets run freely. Keep your pets away from the park, sand pool area (playground for kids), crowded walkways with children and let them play at their designated space (the grass area behind the tennis court). 4. Move your pets between floors by using the service lift to ensure safety for any other resident with allergies or fears of pets. 5. When taking pets out of your apartments, toilet paper and self-decomposing bags / newspapers / recycled paper should be taken to ensure you can clean up after your pets. 6. NEVER take your pets to the pool area, gym, reception or any other common facilities. 7. Try to control the level of noise your pets might produce.

VIOLATORS WHO WILL NOT COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE REGULATIONS, AS PER SAVILLS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, WILL GET FINED VND 500,000 EACH TIME THEY DON'T OBLIGE OR REFUSE TO DO SO. The right of keeping our pets can be taken away if US dog owners do not follow these basic rules.
